At KRUVE, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our precision coffee glassware and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Safely pack the unused items in their original KRUVE packaging, ensuring all protective inserts are in place to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please retain your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the condition of the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
